Tal S. Shamir, Ph.D. from The New School, New York conducted a seminar titled "Cinematic Philosophy and The Visual Revolution". The seminar took place on May 29, 2024, with the participation of the research team and the Principal Investigator of the project, Roger Canals. His talk focused on why philosophy has always needed cinema and how the increasing power of the 'Visual' in the contemporary societies generated a 'Visual Revolution'. He, as a filmmaker, also has displayed some of his films within the context of the seminar.
